Our Teams and the Team Leaders that support them are the backbone of Unity of Kalamazoo. The volunteer teams are an opportunity for friendship and service which contributes to all. Unity of Kalamazoo as a community, the staff and Board salute and send love and know that we are blessed by our teams.

| Bookstore
Bookstore volunteers are available after both Sunday
Services to assist you. We carry Unity and New Thought books, music,
aroma therapy items, greeting cards and periodicals, including the
Daily Word. We have CD's of current and past services.
Visitors are invited to stop in for their gift.

This Team plans and organizes the various changes and upkeep of the Unity Church and surroundings.

| | Circulation Day
Circulation Day is a perfect opportunity to put back
into circulation and the flow some of the things that are clean, gently
used and in good condition that may be taking space in your basement,
garage, and closets. We can accept your donations of clothes, household
items, books, toys, small appliances, tools and any other items that can
be easily carried.

| Circulation and Mailings
The Bulk Mailing Team
gathers to address, sort and prepare large mailings from the church
office. It usually turns out to be a fun time of talking, sharing and
getting the mail out...rain, sleet, or snow...and always with sunshine.

| Helping Hands
Stewardship in ActionHelping Hands exists to provide a temporary resource for congregants to turn to when they are unable to perform any number of daily activities necessary for their sustenance, comfort and spiritual health.
Help with: transportation (church, doctor visit), pick up prescriptions, pick up groceries, home visits, minor repairs, minor yard care...

| Hospitality...Holy Grounds Cafe
These lovely folk can serve you up some coffee before or after Sunday Service and also have a selection of cookies and muffins. The Cafe also sells Fair Trade Coffee for you to take home and Unity Coffee/Travel Mugs.

Powerpoint volunteers are responsible once a quarter to run the powerpoint slide show for both Sunday Services.

| Scrip and Meijer Rewards
The Scrip Team can assist
you in buying Scrip (like a gift card for various merchants and venues)
which when used return a % of the sale to Unity of Kalamazoo. Whenever
you shop use the cards and contribute to your church community. Give
them as gifts and you will find that you can get them for almost any
place that you do business each week.

Ushers
The Usher Team is such an important part of each Sunday's Service.
They meet and greet each person and help with meeting new visitors to
the church. Their "hugs" are the beginning of a wonderful morning in
church.
