Unity of Kalamazoo

Rev. Marty Newman, Minister

Rev Marty Newman accepted the call from Unity of Kalamazoo in February of 1998. She was ordained in 1994  and served Unity Spiritual Center in Springfield, MO prior to that. Before ministry, Rev. Marty had success as a business woman and performer.

Emily Cady wrote in Lessons in Truth that "There is a great and awful homesickness in the great heart of humanity that never has been and never will be satisfied by anything less than the vivid conscious awareness of the presence of  God" Rev. Marty believes that Unity provides an environment where people can open to that experience and use Unity's tools to enhance both their experience of the Divine and the quality of their life. 

Rev. Marty has one daughter and one grand-daughter, both of whom are the apple of her eye!
